Package prices are based on the number of nights you'll stay, the number of people in your party and your hotel choice. Note: Because of hotel restrictions, if you have more than 5 people in your party, you need to buy 2 packages in order to reserve 2 rooms. For example, you would enter 2 people for the first reservation and 3 people for the second reservation. The price of each package is calculated on the number of people in each package. All reservations made on weekends will be processed on Monday, between 9:00 am. - 5:00 pm. Central time. Rates and availability cannot be guaranteed but your credit card will not be charged until you receive your confirmation number by email within 48-72 hours.

Terms: 72-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 72 hours before arrival date or guest will be charged one night's stay. In addition, all cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. All packages subject to availability. Last minute reservations that require a package drop-off at the hotel will be charged a $15 fee. Incidentals such as parking, room service, certain phone calls, safe deposit boxes, etc. are extra and subject to hotel availability. Room preferences may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. Hotel prices are subject to change due to various seasonal events. Adjusted prices will be e-mailed for customer approval prior to reservation confirmation. |
