  The Original Mexican Restaurant has been on the Riverwalk since 1988. It continues the tradition of serving San Antonio-style Mexican food in its lively river walk location. We have all the Tex-Mex favorites sizzling fajitas, nine different types of enchiladas, chalupas, tacos, and chile con queso. Our house specialties are sirloin kabobs, bacon-wrapped shrimp-stuffed chicken, tender pork shanks, and chiles rellenos. We offer delicious deserts including the world-famous Kangaroo Court Cheesecake, a dense Cuban-style flan, and the only sopapillas available on the River Walk. We have a lively and entertaining atmosphere that is family friendly. Mariachis are available for your tableside entertainment. The restaurant is open for dining 24 hours a day.
